About Rhonda

I value full-contact management, hands-dirty collaboration, and thought-provoking relationships; using emotional intelligence, listening, and ethics to guide myself and my teams.

I believe true innovation comes through strategy, learning, technology, and quality. I approach situations from a global perspective, evaluating both the audience and long-term goals individually, as solutions are not one size fits all.

I believe in ensuring people know where they stand personally or professionally with me daily, I don’t want anyone to lay their head on their pillow at night and have anxious anxiety.

For any company in any industry, I ask the same questions: How do you make the technology work? What makes the business work?

Running technology as a business, I try to consider the key factors of measurement, true transparency, and trust. My unbending mantra? Metrics are king—you can’t manage an environment if you don’t know your numbers.

I believe life is about action, leading by example.

Believe in communication and respond to every message.

I work for YOU.

A dynamic leader both at work and play, Vetere is constantly training for and competing in events – 129 so far, including triathlons, half-marathons, marathons, and IRONMAN 70.3 mile triathlons (single-day races that consist of a 1.2-mile swim, a 56-mile bicycle ride, and a marathon 13.1-mile run). In 2022, she organized & rode in Race Across America (RAAM), a 3070 mile bike race across the country to raise awareness that 22 Veterans kill themselves a day.

In 2023, Rhonda participated in The IRONMAN World Championship 70.3 in Finland. This was her 100th race in the books.
